Booking and prescriptions
We book through the Medevio reservation system. It has a secure mobile app that keeps track of your appointments.
Booking online
Through Medevio, you can book selected services and send a request to reception. In the app, you have an overview of your appointments and messages. You will find the booking options directly with each service.
Booking by phone
If you prefer the phone, call +420 776 30 30 46 on working days from 8:00 to 12:00. If you cannot get through, you can leave us a voice message. We will call you back as soon as we can.
Requesting an e-prescription
If you are an already examined, registered patient, you can request an e-prescription through Medevio. The request relates to care that follows on from your previous examinations and treatment.
Book an appointment
We take phone enquiries on working days between 8:00 and 12:00. If you cannot reach us, we will call you back. You can leave a voice message, write to us through Medevio, or email info@ginnova.cz. Selected services can be booked directly in Medevio.
