The extended care card includes selected services that are not covered by public health insurance. You will find its contents and price in the current overview.

Valid for one year. The fee according to the price list above includes:
- Disposable plastic specula at every check-up
- Ultrasound examination at every check-up
- Reception services — booking at a set time
- 3D pelvic floor ultrasound — when indicated, at the urogynecology clinic
- Vaccination (administration of the vaccine)
- Therapy on the Biocon chair — one treatment included when indicated
- Body composition analysis on the Tanita 780 device, twice a year
- Free Wi-Fi in the waiting room
- Chilled bottled water
- Results and prescriptions delivered electronically
These funds cover services that public health insurance does not reimburse and allow us to maintain the quality of care — the organization, staffing and equipment of the clinic.
Buying the extended care card is not a condition of receiving care or of registration.
