Pre-natal courses
Our goal is not to convey the basic information that any future mum can get from friends, on the Internet or at regular group courses in maternity hospitals. We try to explain exactly what the mother should expect in the later stages of pregnancy, at the time of her first birth, and especially in the second period of birth – after the baby comes into the world.
We believe that understanding important moments and adequate training can significantly ease the future course of childbirth and help in its most natural course. We especially emphasize the prevention of injuries to the pelvic floor.
The course is the result of co-operation between the obstetrician, urogynecologist, midwife, and physiotherapist. It can be completed individually or in small groups (max. 5 parents)
